It can be challenging to find the time to prioritise self-care and connect with others in our busy lives. So get ready for the ultimate relaxation experience with this upcoming ‘Women’s Yoga + Self-Care Day.’
This event will take place at PAUS, the breathtaking Scandinavian-inspired venue on Sunday July 16th. PAUS stretches across 24 acres of land, including 13 acres of wild meadows.
The morning starts off with a feel-good yoga flow (not too fast, not too slow) before moving onto longer-holding yin postures and relaxation. Next up, you’ll indulge in a delicious lunch at the cozy Hilltop Bistro, where you can take in the stunning countryside views.
In the afternoon, you’ll get back to nature with a barefoot sensory meadow walk and enjoy some relaxation time in the Hilltop bathing facilities. Head over to the open air, wood-fired red cedar hot tubs, barrel saunas and cold tubs (if you are brave enough) for the ultimate healing experience.
For those who prefer a more laid-back approach, there are chill out spaces available, complete with deck chairs and fire bowls for you to read, chat, share stories and laugh together.
This is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and connect with other women in a tranquil setting.
Food and drink options include morning tea/coffee, a delicious lunch, and refreshment while bathing (with your choice of champagne, G&T, or juice). Additional drinks are self-funded.
Please note that although this is a private event where we will have our own use of hot tubs, yoga studio and lunch area, PAUS is open to other people.
10:00am Arrival and welcome tea / coffee
10:30am 90-minute yoga practice: flow then moving to yin and relaxation.
12:15 pm Delicious lunch to include a sharing platter, a main meal and homemade cake
1:15pm Barefoot sensory meadow walk (1km)
2:00pm Hilltop bathing, hammock & deckchair & fire pit chill out
The event will take place at PAUS, located approximately 10 miles west of Cambridge. Car-sharing encouraged.

What to bring?
For yoga: Yoga mat, pillow/bolster, blanket and any props that you like to use
For bathing: Swimwear, towel, flip flops, bathrobe/sarong, change of clothes
Other suggestions: water bottle, book/magazine/journal, eye pillow, additional footwear for walking
You may like to extend the retreat and stay overnight in a nearby B&B or hotel.

Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your place. If you cancel with more than 28 days notice in writing then full payment less than £10 admin fee will be given. Cancellation between 28 and 15 days, 50% refund will be given. Cancellation 14 days of less – no refund, credit or alternative will be given – happy to talk if you have someone in mind to take your place.
