Workplace yoga is a simple, effective way to support the wellbeing of your employees. It can help ease tension from sitting at a desk, reduce stress, improve focus and give people practical tools they can use in everyday life.

Many of us spend our working days hunched over laptops, rushing between meetings, or holding stress in the body without even realising. A workplace yoga session offers your team a chance to pause, stretch out, breathe properly and feel a little more like themselves again.

Classes can be tailored to suit your workplace, your team and your facilities. They can be energising, calming, stretchy, breath-focused, or a mix of everything.

You do not need a studio, showers or changing rooms. I can offer no-sweat classes that can be done in work clothes, as well as more physical sessions if that’s what your team would enjoy.
