Begin your Friday with a mixed level morning yoga practice designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support long-term wellbeing before the working day begins.

This 6-week summer series combines accessible yoga movement, stretching, breathwork, mindful mobility, and myofascial release to help you feel grounded, energised, and ready for the day ahead.

What It Is

Rise + Stretch is a 6-week early morning yoga series designed to help you wake up the body, ease out stiffness, and start Friday feeling more open, steady, and refreshed.

Across the series, we’ll explore:

  • Mixed level yoga shapes and movement, with options throughout
  • Gentle mobility for the spine, shoulders, and hips
  • Stretching for areas that often get tight, including the chest and hamstrings
  • Simple strengthening to support posture and help you move well in everyday life
  • Myofascial release to ease tension and encourage freer movement
  • Breathwork to help ease tension and create a greater sense of calm

It’s a steady, practical series designed to help you move well, feel better in your body, and begin each Friday with a little more space and clarity.

Who this Is for

This 6-week mixed level series is ideal if you:

  • Spend long hours sitting or working at a screen
  • Feel stiff, tight, or a bit folded in by the end of the week
  • Want a mixed level class with options to suit your body
  • Are looking for practical support, not pressure
  • Would enjoy beginning Friday feeling calmer, clearer, and more energised

Everything is offered with options, so you can move in a way that suits your body, energy, and level of experience.

Dates: 12, 19, 26 June and 3, 10, 17 July 2026.
Time: Fridays, 7.30am to 8.30am
Venue: Townsend Memorial Hall, Clifton-upon-Dunsmore, Rugby, CV23 0DJ, Warwickshire

Drop-in class: £11 per session
A limited number of spaces are available if you can’t commit to a block.
