My classes and events are designed for real life: busy weeks, full minds, screen-tired bodies and the need to feel stronger, calmer and more at ease in yourself.
Weekly Vinyasa Flow
Join me in Rugby for an uplifting Vinyasa Flow class.
Each class includes thoughtful sequencing, a steady, energising flow and time to land feeling clear, grounded and more connected to your body.
These classes are ideal if you want to build strength, mobility, balance and focus in a welcoming group setting, with options offered throughout.
Weekly Deep Stretch Yin
A slower, floor-based weekly class in Houlton to help you ease tension, support flexibility and properly unwind.
Deep Stretch Yin gives you time to pause, breathe and settle. Expect long-held postures, support from props and a calm, steady pace to help your body soften and your nervous system settle.
This is a good option if you feel tight from sitting, screens, busy weeks or simply doing a lot.
Rise + Stretch: 6-Week Summer Series
A Friday morning yoga series for busy people who want to ease out stiffness before the day begins.
We focus on mobility, gentle strength, breathwork and targeted stretches to support tight shoulders, hips and backs, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting, driving or working at a screen.
This practical, down-to-earth 6-week series is designed to help you move better, feel better and head into the weekend feeling looser, clearer and more refreshed.
Monthly Deep Release
A longer monthly practice for when your body and mind need something slower and deeper.
Monthly Deep Release blends Yin Yoga and myofascial release to support flexibility, release deep-held tension and help you properly unwind.
It’s ideal if you want a regular monthly reset that gives you more time than a weekly class, without needing a full event or retreat day.
Lifted Reset
Lifted Reset is a spacious 2.5-hour session combining gentle yoga, Yin, myofascial release, restorative rest and Yoga Nidra.
It’s designed for those times when you need more than a weekly class, but a full retreat day isn’t realistic.
Expect a calming practice to soothe tension, settle your nervous system and leave you feeling lighter, clearer and more like yourself again.
Retreat Days
Throughout the year, I host seasonal retreat days in inspiring spaces in Warwickshire, Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties.
These full-day experiences include yoga, deep rest, nourishing food, time outside and space to properly pause.
Each retreat has its own feel, shaped by the season, the venue and the kind of rest we’re creating together.

For a more personal experience, private and group sessions can be tailored around you.
This includes one-to-one yoga, small group sessions, corporate wellbeing, private celebrations, relaxed hen do yoga and bespoke events.
Sessions can be calming, energising, stretchy, breath-focused or a mix of everything, depending on your group and what you need.
