Lifted: Yoga, Yin, Myo + Nidra Reset

Lifted is designed to help you shed that weight. Like wings unfurling, this session guides you to soften your edges, quiet the mind, and rediscover a sense of spaciousness.

What It Is

We will move with intention and care:

Gentle Yoga: We begin by slowly arriving in the body, releasing the initial layers of surface tension.

Yin & Myofascial Release: We dive deeper, using targeted techniques to help physical tightness melt away and soothe the nervous system.

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra: The practice culminates in effortless stillness and a long “yogic sleep,” allowing for profound rest and integration.

Throughout the session, essential oils will be gently diffused, adding a subtle layer of calm to support your body and mind.
