Hello, I’m Gemma. I’m a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in Rugby. I teach private, group and workplace yoga in Rugby and surrounding areas across Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.
I love sharing my passion for yoga and seeing students glow and feel in a good place within themselves. My sequences are typically powerful and dynamic and encourage vitality and rejuvenation, balanced with slower and more mindful poses, leaving your body and mind in a relaxed and exhilarated state.
