Slow Down: 2-hour Candlelit Yin & Yoga Nidra Event

Take a couple of hours just for yourself and step out of the rush of everyday life. Join me in Rugby for a cosy candlelit Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra session to slow down, release tension, and truly rest.

We’ll begin with Deep Stretch Yin Yoga, moving slowly through floor-based poses and holding each one for a 3-5 minutes. This gentle practice helps ease tightness, improve flexibility, support circulation, and calm the mind.

Afterwards, we’ll move into Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation where you can completely let go. It’s a chance to rest deeply, restore energy, and leave feeling grounded, calm, and renewed — ready to step back into your week with ease. The room will be lit with candles, and essential oils will fill the space, helping you sink into stillness and fully relax.

This extended 2-hour session takes place at Club Yoga, a fully equipped studio on Regent Street in the heart of Rugby. You’re welcome to bring your own mat and props, or use what’s provided.

No previous experience is needed — just come as you are and enjoy some time to slow down. Beginners welcome.
