NEW Summer Yin Yoga Mini 3-Week Series

This summer, I’m bringing something new to the mat—a three-week Yin Yoga mini series with a focus on deep, functional stretching for the parts of the body that tend to hold on to tightness: hips, spine, shoulders.

Whether you’re a regular mover or spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, we all have areas in the body that can feel a bit stuck. Yin Yoga offers a way to gently work into those places using long-held, floor-based postures that target the connective tissues—helping to release tension, improve circulation, and support healthy mobility.

Each class in the series will explore a different region of the body:

Week 1 (20 July): Hips & Legs

Think glutes, hamstrings, hips and inner thighs. We’ll work into the lower body to ease tightness, improve mobility, and restore a sense of grounded ease.

Week 2 (27 July): Spine & Side Body

We’ll stretch into the back, waist and ribs to invite more space through the spine—supporting posture, fluid movement, and a lighter sense of alignment.

Week 3 (3 August): Shoulders & Chest

This final class focuses on opening the front body: chest, shoulders and upper back. It’s a great antidote to the modern-day slump, especially if you spend time at a desk or driving.

What to Expect

Each class will move at a gentle pace, with plenty of time in each posture—typically 3 to 5 minutes. We’ll work with your body’s natural range of motion (nothing forced), using props to support wherever needed.

This kind of slow, sustained stretch can feel deeply nourishing—great for calming the nervous system and giving your body the time it needs to truly release.

NEOM organic essential oils will be diffused during practice.
