Flow + Chill (Beginners/Moderate Level)
Flow + Chill is all about slowing down, stretching, and unwinding. It’s perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to de-stress and move in a gentle, mindful way.
Expect slower movements, deep stretches, and breathwork to help you relax. By the end, you’ll feel lighter, calmer, and ready for a good night’s sleep.

Dynamic Flow (Intermediate Level)
Dynamic Flow is for those who want more movement and challenge. It’s a heat-building class that helps build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Each class block has a theme, sometimes focusing on strength and control, other times on flowing movement. No matter the pace, you’ll always get time to reset and relax at the end. You’ll leave feeling strong, energised, and refreshed.

- Fridays, 9:15am-10:15am at St Peter & St John’s Church
