  • Gentle movements and deep stretches for stress relief and a peaceful night’s sleep.
  • Perfect way to unwind after a busy week.

Dynamic Flow (Tuesdays, 6-7 PM, Houlton & Fridays, 9:15-10:15 AM, Eastlands):

  • Heat-building classes for intermediate yogis.
  • Includes meditation, breathwork, postures, and relaxation.
  • Challenge your practice and build strength, flexibility, and balance.
  • Leave feeling empowered and inspired!
