Open up with this freeing yoga flow. This extended, 75-minute Saturday class will build strength and flexibility through dynamic movement, static strength holds and core work. You’ll work into your hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back, quads, chest and shoulders to release tension and unlock your entire body.
You’ll leave your mat inspired, energised and connected to yourself, your body, and those in your life. Previous yoga experience essential although plenty of options will be given to make this available to mixed levels so even if you haven’t been to a yoga class for a little while, this class will be suitable for you.

Venue: Dance Studio, Houlton School, Signal Drive, Houlton Way, Rugby CV23 1ED. Head to the main reception. Walk through the side gate. The Dance Studio is located in the Transmission Building (tallest building on site). Head through the doors, and the dance studio in on the left hand side.
***Please bring a water bottle, mat and any props that you may like to use and anything that you would like to get extra cosy in savasana (blanket, eye pillow).
***Please ensure that I am aware of any health issues and injuries ahead of the class. You will need to submit a registration form to me 48 hours ahead of the practice.
