We’re excited to invite you to a unique experience of yoga and baking on Saturday, 8th March 2025 at Houlton School in Rugby. This special event is designed to nourish you both inside and out in the most delightful way.

Immerse yourself in the art of mindfulness and movement with two thoughtfully curated yoga sessions led by Gemma Murphy:
- Feel-Good Flow: A perfectly balanced class that will energise your body and calm your mind.
- Unwind & Restore: A deeply soothing practice designed to help you relax, stretch, and find your inner balance.
- Under the expert guidance of Paul from Rugby Real Bread, you’ll learn the skills needed to craft delicious treats to take home, including:
- Hot Cross Buns: Master the techniques to create this classic treat from scratch.
- Cornish Fairing Biscuits: Indulge your sweet tooth by baking these delicately spiced, crunchy biscuits. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and vegan options are available—just let us know in advance!

Refreshments:
Enjoy a selection of tea, coffee, infused water, and light bites like assorted focaccia and fresh fruit to keep you energised throughout the day.
