How much water have you had so far today?
I often find drinking water a bit boring so I like to pop some slices of lime or cucumber and mint leaves into a jug to infuse. It does taste really good!
When the brain does not get enough water, it can lead to headaches and fatigue. The more water your brain loses, the less energy you have and the more tired you get.
We have this hormone in our bodies called cortisol, which is well known as a stress hormone. Even a little bit of dehydration can cause cortisol levels in the body to increase and lead to STRESS.
So today maybe have a think about whether you drink enough water so your brain can balance its chemicals and you can be less stressed!
