All sequences are carefully planned and inclusive to all. I provide options for all students to ensure those of all levels and abilities have something to work on. I love to combine thoughtful sequencing, a spirit of liveliness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Regular attendance helps firm muscles, improve balance, increase flexibility and calm the mind.
Yoga classes are live-streamed from my home in Rugby on Fridays 9.20am-10.20am. To get started, simply fill in the British Wheel of Yoga Registration Form and get started on your yoga journey!
