What you can Expect from Feel Good Friday Yoga?

Thinking of starting yoga in the New Year and not sure what to expect? Yoga classes vary tremendously. Anusara, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Kundalini, Restorative, Yin and Vinyasa are all types of yoga styles. There are so many different types of yoga out there, whether you are looking for a physically demanding class or a relaxing, meditative class.

I teach a dynamic flow yoga style which includes meditation, breathwork, yoga postures and relaxation. Classes work on developing mobility, building strength and finding balance on the mat. Elements of yoga philosophy are often weaved into the class to help you understand something of the context of the yoga you are practising.

I love to combine good alignment, thoughtful sequencing, a spirit of liveliness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. All sequences are very carefully planned. I have a wide range of students, from beginners to those who have been practising 25+ years. And there’s always something for everyone to work on as I provide plenty of options for the postures.
